FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything we are asked regularly. If yours is not here, WhatsApp is the fastest way to get it answered.
Is this website run by the Supa Legacy service itself?
No. This is an independent store and information site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any service or application trading under that name, and we do not run their accounts, their servers or their support. What we sell is our own subscription, which works with the same standard players you would use for any other one. Our independence notice spells that out in full.
What actually arrives when I order?
A set of subscription details on WhatsApp — typically a portal address or playlist link and your credentials — plus a written walkthrough for the exact device you told us you are using. No hardware is posted and no application is emailed to you; you install a player from your device's own app store.
Do you supply an APK?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Sideloaded video apps from unknown sources are the most common way people end up with something unwanted on a television they cannot easily clean. We point you at established players in the official stores instead. The APK page explains the reasoning properly.
How many people can watch at once?
As many as the number of connections on your subscription. One connection is one stream at a time, whatever device it is on. If two rooms regularly watch different things, say so before you order and we will price the second connection.
Does it renew automatically?
No. There is no recurring payment, no stored card and no rolling contract. When a period ends it simply stops, and you message us if you want another one.
Why does this site keep saying it is not the official one?
Because the domain contains a name that other people also trade under, and someone arriving from a search engine deserves to know within a second whose site they are on. It is there for your benefit and ours.
Can you recover my existing account or code?
No. If you bought from someone else, only they hold your account. We have no access to any other provider's system and no way to look you up. Go back to whoever you paid.
Do you sell devices?
No. We sell subscriptions only. Where we suggest hardware — an Android box, usually — we earn nothing from it.
Which player do you recommend?
Whichever established one your device's store carries. We deliberately avoid naming a single favourite: app availability changes constantly and a page that hard-codes one name ages badly. How to choose one gives you the criteria instead.
Why is WhatsApp the only way to reach you?
Because it suits this kind of help better than the alternatives. The whole history of your setup stays in one thread, you can send a photograph of your screen in two seconds, and you are talking to a person instead of filing a ticket. There is no telephone line and no email helpdesk.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to run your subscription and answer your messages. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and where.
Can I use it abroad?
Technically it needs a fast enough connection, and beyond that it is subject to your subscription terms. Hotel and public wireless is the usual obstacle — often too slow or too restricted for steady video.
Is there a refund if it does not work on my television?
Read the refund policy before ordering rather than after. It is short, it is specific, and it does not promise anything we cannot do.
Question not answered?
Ask it directly. No form, no queue, no ticket number.
