Contact
One channel: WhatsApp
There is no contact form on this page, no email helpdesk and no telephone line. One number, answered by people who set these subscriptions up every day.

Tap the green chat button in the bottom corner of any page to start a message, or save the number and write to us from WhatsApp directly.
We aim to reply quickly during UK daytime hours. Outside those hours you will usually get an answer the following morning.
What to put in your first message
You will get a faster and more useful answer if the first message contains:
- The device you intend to watch on, make and model.
- How many people watch at the same time in the evening.
- Whether it is a new subscription or a problem with an existing one.
- For a problem: a photograph of the screen. It saves a great deal of describing.
What we cannot help with
If you bought a subscription from somebody else — including anyone else trading under the Supa Legacy name — we have no access to your account and cannot look it up, reset it or refund it. That is not us being unhelpful; we genuinely have no way in. Go back to whoever took the payment.
Why there is no contact form
A form is a one-way door. You type into a box, it disappears, and you have no idea whether anyone read it. A WhatsApp thread keeps the whole history in one place — what you have, what we sent, what you tried — so nobody starts from the beginning next time. You can send a photograph of a television screen in two seconds, which is worth more than any amount of describing. And you can see whether the message was read.
There is no telephone number either. A voice call cannot see your screen, cannot receive a photograph, and leaves no record for either of us. For this kind of help it is the worst of the options, not the most personal.
When we answer
Quickly during UK daytime hours, and usually the following morning outside them. We do not claim a twenty-four-hour response time, because we would rather set an expectation we actually meet than one that looks good on a homepage.
What happens after your first message
For a new order: a couple of questions about the device and the household, a confirmation of the plan and the total, then the payment arrangement and your details. For a problem: the three questions from the troubleshooting page, and then the fix. Neither takes long, and neither involves a ticket number.
