About

Who runs this site

A small independent reseller. Not a brand, not an office, not a call centre.

Read this first. Supa Legacy IPTV Store is an independent reseller and information site. We are not the official website of, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any service, application or company trading under the Supa Legacy name. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. If you are looking for an official download page or an existing account, this is not it — and we would rather tell you that on the first screen than take your money for something you did not mean to buy. What we sell is our own subscription, which works with the same standard players.

What we do

We sell IPTV subscriptions and we set them up with the people who buy them. That is the whole business. The guides on this site exist because we answer the same questions every week and it is faster for everyone if the answer is already written down.

Why the site is shaped like this

Most sites in this market are built to convert first and inform second: a wall of broadcaster logos, a star rating nobody can verify, a countdown timer. We have gone the other way, on the theory that someone who understands what they are buying is a much easier customer to keep than someone who was rushed into it.

So there is no rating on this site, no customer count, no list of channel brands and no promise that anything is legal on your behalf. What there is instead: prices, a plain description of what arrives, and a support thread with a person on the end.

What we are not

  • Not run by, or connected to, whoever operates that service.
  • Not a broadcaster, and not licensed by one.
  • Not a hardware shop — nothing is posted to you.
  • Not an app developer — we distribute no software of any kind.

How to reach us

WhatsApp, and only WhatsApp. One number, answered by the people who set these subscriptions up every day. There is no contact form on this website and no email helpdesk behind it.

The advice we give that costs us money

A useful test of any seller is what they tell you when the honest answer is bad for them. Ours, routinely:

  • Buy a £30 Android stick rather than a subscription, if your television cannot run a decent player. We sell no hardware and earn nothing from that.
  • Go back to the seller you actually paid, if you arrived here looking for someone else's account. That is a lost sale every time, and it is the right answer every time.
  • Fix your Wi-Fi first. A great many “this service is terrible” messages are a stick on a weak signal, and no subscription fixes that.
  • Start with a shorter plan if you are unsure. The two-year one is better value only if you are still happy in year two.

What we are working on

Mostly the guides. Every question that arrives twice ends up written down, because the written answer is better than the one typed at eleven at night. If something here is unclear or out of date, telling us is genuinely useful — it gets fixed the same week.

Want to ask something first?

That is usually the sensible order.
